JPD Registered Accountants is a firm of registered accountants and auditors. The firm was established more than 25 years ago and is situated in Thabazimbi. Although we are situated in Thabazimbi, we do service clients all over the country.

Our Team

Carel Jordaan
Carel Jordaan - Founding Partner

Carel is a graduate of University of Potchefstroom. He completed his articles at Du Plessis & Partners and became a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) in 1995 and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) in 1999. Carel established the practice known today as JPD Registered Accountants in 1995.

Jan Davel
Jan Davel - Partner

Jan is a graduate of the University of South Africa. He completed his articles at Lloyd & Jansen and passed his qualifying exam in 2004 to become a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). He became a member of the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA) in 2005. Jan joined and became a partner of JPD Registered Accountants in 2006.

Magnus Poggenpoel
Magnus Poggenpoel - Partner

Magnus is a graduate of University of Johannesburg. He completed his articles at PwC and passed his qualifying exam in 2011 to become a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). Magnus joined and became a partner of JPD Registered Accountants in 2019.
